We guarantee cleaning and disinfection of rooms and common areas to national guideline standards.

  • you keep a distance of at least one metre from staff and other guests
  • you must wear a mask in all common areas
  • you must wash or disinfect your hands before entering the breakfast room
  • if you have a fever or flu-like symptoms, notify the Staff immediately
  • open the windows to ventilate the room before leaving 
  • daily cleaning can only be carried out without guests in the room and on request
  • please keep your room keys with you for the duration of your stay

Breakfast cannot be served as a buffet.

The guest can choose the products of the day supplied or on request, other products previously agreed, served by the staff directly at the table. 

Due to the low turnout due to the period, it is strongly recommended to book the accommodation at least in the morning for the same evening in order to be able to provide a breakfast adequate to our standards.

Faq

Yes, we provide breakfast from 08:00 to 09:30. In case of early departure, you can ask a breakfast box to take way.

We have a large uncovered and unattended parking inside our property.

Pets cannot access to the facilities and rooms.

We do not provide dinner.

Nearby there are trattorias, pizzerias and reastaurants we will be happy to suggest you.

Anyway it is possible to eat own food or delivery food in our big breakfast hall. For more information ask to the staff.

Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00.

A different arrival time can be requested during reservation. No show or late arrival without notice entitle us to charge the agreed amount without refund.

During check-in we will require a valid identity document and all administrative and bureaucratic formalities will be campleted.

At check-in you will be provided with a key to access the room and a card to accss the main entrance at any time of the day or night.

In case of loss of one or both, the cost of €20,00 will be charged.

If you delay, please contact the number +393452206560 (Giada) promptly so that we can inform you on how to access the structure independently.

To be done before 10:00. If you want to stay longer, please ask to the staff  the availability.

LATE CHECK-OUT: €20,00 in addition until 15:00. After this time, the cost of an overnight stay will be applied according to the period.

Services and conduct rules

Morning daily cleaning with room free by 10:30.

The room will not be cleaned after this time if guest is inside or affix “no disturb” sign on the door.

Bathroom linen is changed every 4 days.

Bed linen is changed every 7 days.

The additional change of bathroom linen, if requested, will cost €5,00

Wifi is available inside rooms and common inside areas.

Free space is available inside minibar to put own food or beverage to fresh.

We ask you not to disturb other guests, therefore to keep a behavior and a volume of voice suitable for the hours 23:00 – 07:00.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the structure, including bedroom and bathroom. The violation carries a penalty.

Inside the room there is a basket for the undifferentiated. We ask you to keep separate plastic and glass bottles, cans and metal objects, large quantities of paper and cardboard that can be deposited in the recycling bins in the hall.

The heating is autonomous, through the underfloor system and the radiators.

The air conditioning can be managed by the gust using a special remote control. It is advisable to leave the original settings and go to raise or lower the temperature as desired.

It is recommended to CHECK THE WINDOWS ARE CLOSED during its operation.

Guests are kindly requested to report any accidental breakages caused during their stay. Breakages can be charged at cost price.

The reporting of faults and problems will be very welcome to improve our service.

  • The guest is required to respect the rooms, equipment and furnishing found in the agriturismo.
  • It is forbidden to guest other people outside the agriturismo into the rooms or common areas, unless agreed.
  • We also ask that you be respectful of the environment, animals and minimize waste.
  • Some of the farm areas are forbidden or closed; for the safety of all it is equested to respect the prohibition signs.
  • Children inside the agriturismo must ALWAYS be accompanied by a responsible adult, the Management declines all responsibility for accidents involving children left unattended.
  • The Management reserves the right to request compensation for any damage to animals, plants, objects, furnishings and equipment.

Processing of personal data

Personal data and any other element learned by our Company during the course of the assignment will be subject to a bond of secrecy and will be treated in compliance with the confidentiality and rights of the person through the systematic application by us of specific protection measures. and guarantees prepared for both paper and electronic data processing and measured according to the specificity of the data itself (simple personal data or sensitive or judicial data).
